Angkor Wat Sunrise & Sunset Tour
Sunrise and Sunset always feel a special time of day. Leaving the Guesthouse at 5am (or 4:30am if you require a temple pass) you arrive at the Temples in complete darkness with a full extent of Angkor Vat revealed by the rising sun. Then there is the delight of watching the sun set over the Temples of Angkor, a great way to finish off a visit to the Temples of Angkor
Sunrise at Angkor Wat
There are 2 options – Angkor Wat which is the most famous and Srah Srang, where there are of tourists. You need to leave the Guesthouse at 5am (or 4:30am if you need a Temple pass), Please book your Tuktuk the evening before which will cost you $10. It takes 2 – 3 hours round trip. A temple pass is required $37.50 for 1 day or $62 for a 3 day pass.
Sunset at the Temples of Angkor
There are 3 options – Angkor Wat, Phnom Bakheng (this temple is very busy and you need to be arriving at 4pm) or Pre Rup. You need to have a temple pass and the Tuk Tuk is $10 flat fee which takes around 2 hours leaves at 5.00pm.
